after my previous stay in kathmandu, i was pleasantly surprised by how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. the wedding celebration was beautifully organized, and the staff were incredibly attentive. the breakfast was a true highlight, offering fresh pastries and a great selection of juices.

great modern hotel with room for improvement
The hotel features a modern design that's rare in the area. The staff across all departments were incredibly helpful, always welcoming with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the coffee prepared by BADAL. Mountains can be viewed beautifully from rooms overlooking the Soaltee Hotel, making for a stunning visual experience.
However, I was disappointed with the room assignment, as I didn't receive one with the mountain view despite the hotel having ample availability.

Exceptional customer service from dedicated staff.
